Claridge GateANDRIN HOMES’ Claridge Gate in Thornhill has proven to be one of PMA’s most successful launches of the sales season, with 60 of its 117 freehold townhomes getting snapped up in a matter of days.

The project, an enclave on Bathurst Street just south of Teston Road, has proven attractive to end users — both young families and down-sizers — and investors alike, PMA’s Jordan Kideckel tell us.

What explains the appeal? Claridge Gate is located in a high-demand neighbourhood where homes are worth $1 million or more. It’s close to an array of local amenities, including Hillcrest Mall and Vaughan Mills, as well as great restaurants, a kids wave pool, golf courses, community centres, a hospital and top-quality schools. Claridge Gates enjoys easy access to Viva transit service, and Highways 407 and 404. “And there’s a great cultural mix in the area,” Jordan notes.

It also helps that the project has a friendly and knowledgeable sales team, he points out, with a bright on-site sales office offering virtual home tours.

Claridge Gates’ two-storey townhomes come with backyards, and three-storey units will have terraces. The homes feature open-concept designs, with elegant finishes and modern kitchens with islands. Townhomes, which are freehold with common elements, range from 1,657 square feet to 2,171 square feet, with prices staring at $665,990.
