Andrew Brethour, President of PMA Brethour Realty Group

PMA is one of  Canada’s premier new home brokerage and research firms. In 2011 from offices in Toronto, Collingwood, Ottawa, Calgary, Boca Raton and Hong Kong PMA was responsible for over 4000 new home sales on behalf of 44 builder clients, on 60 projects, providing the services of nearly 120 professional new home sales representatives. Mr. Brethour is a former Director and Executive of the Toronto, Ontario and Canadian Home Builders’ Associations. Mr. Brethour is a founder and former Chair of the Toronto and National SAM AWARDS and recipient of the prestigious Maple Leaf Award honouring Canada’s top associate member. Mr. Brethour is the recipient of the 1999 “SAMMY” Award as Sales and Marketing Member of the Year, Ontario HBA, and winner of the Riley Brethour Award both Nationally and locally as chosen by the Greater Toronto HBA (BILD). Mr. Brethour was selected for the BILD Hall of fame in 2005.   Governor of Builder Marketing Society in the United States. Director RealNet Canada; Member of the International Lambda Alpha Society of Land Economists and in 2012, the first Canadian named “Legend of Residential Marketing” by NAHB in the United States.  Aurthor of the leading edge opinion piece on the Real Estate Market “Realdirt”.

Kent Wengler, Vice President, Research.

Kent's 27 years of experience at PMA, combined with his understanding and knowledge of the new home market place has allowed him to become one of the leading authorities of the Greater Toronto Area’s housing industry.

Kent has served on BILD’s (formerly the Greater Toronto Home Builders Association) Board of Directors and has been involved in a broad range of the Associations committees.

PMA Brethour Research provides a variety of services necessary to conduct market research and consultation for a wide range of clients.  Clients include: building and development firms, all levels of government, financial and lending institutions, as well as related industries such as communications, marketing and advertising.

Peter Comyns, National Director, Sales Training.

Peter’s 25+ years of experience has touched all elements of the home buying process creating an interpretive insight that blends both the needs of builder and consumer. Peter’s sales management support has provided great leadership for many of Toronto’s major builders... Sorbara Group, Tribute Communities, Fieldgate Homes, Heathwood Homes, Kaitlin Group and Andrin Homes.

Peter has been responsible for the daily training needs of PMA’s 150 strong new homes sales team. He was directly involved in the creation and administration of PMA’s market leading two day Salesmasters and one-day Bootcamp Courses- now recognized as Ontario Home Builders accredited teaching program for the entire Province. Peter has customized Salesmasters to adapt the training system to the TD Bank’s Mortgage Specialists; to the Design Studio staff at major companies such as: Conservatory Group, Tribute Communities and Brookfield Homes.

Peter has had a remarkable career accentuated by a powerful fun charged personality.

Sue Di Ilio, Managing Director, New Home Division

Sue has been with PMA since 1977. Beginning her career at PMA as an onsite salesperson over 25 years ago. She holds the PMA All Diamond pin which represents sales of over $250 million and has won three “SAM” Awards over the years. She has her “MIRM” designation from the National Association of Home Builders in the U.S.

Sue’s accomplishments are many and varied but her contribution to Monarch Homes, a division of the worldwide Taylor-Woodrow Group, is most significant. In addition to representing a variety of types and numerous builder clients, Sue, and her associate Peter Comyns, are responsible for the packaging and presentation of PMA’s renowned two-day training program Salesmasters.

Beyond the typical new home sales representatives who have attended Sue and Peter have customized and adapted the course to include a Mortgage Specialists and Design Centre Teams with great success. They have been responsible for the training and development of many of PMA’s sales representative in the new home industry.

Lisa Carboni, Sales Manager.

Lisa came direct to PMA from taking her degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Waterloo in 1995. Her background in planning was the perfect platform to move into PMA’s in house research team. After years of working with the entire network of PMA builder clients providing insight and direction to both low rise and high rise new home developments, Lisa moved into the world of Sales Management.

Lisa services clients all across Ontario including new home developments such as Pretty River Estates in the beautiful community of Collingwood; to Visto Condominiums, YYZed's mid-rise boutique condominium in North York. Lisa works diligently with other long standing clients such as Intracorp in Georgetown, offering million dollar homes in its exclusive the Meadows in the Glen community, as well all of the impeccably built Halminen Homes developments in the Durham Region

Dinah Steele, Managing Director, High Rise.

Dinah has been in the new home industry since 1984. She currently heads up our “Newhomelinx” resale division of PMA, dealing with all of the back resale deals as well as selling builder inventory. She is the past recipient of the “Sales Person of the Year” PMA Awards 1987. The “Sales Person of the year, Condo Division” at the Toronto Home Builders Award in 1988 as well as the “Sales Person or Team of the Year, Condo Division” athe the 2006 BILD Awards.

Dinah has been in the management end since 2001 and she is proud to have represented many prominent builders in the new home industry throughout Southern Ontario.

Mark Bragagnolo, Vice President, Broker Relations.

Mark joined PMA in 2005 after 16 years as a General Sales Manager for Tridel Corporation.

After an outstanding career in the CFL, starring for Toronto and Hamilton, Mark continued to score touchdowns in the condominium field. With Tridel, Mark was responsible for the sales of over 25,000 high-rise units in the competitive Toronto marketplace.

With PMA, Mark has become an integral member of our Sales Management team, as well as specializing in broker relations and outreach.  His experience and hands-on approach make Mark an exceptional sales manager.

Kathie Anderson, Sales Manager

Kathie joined PMA in 2008 after a successful resale career and 25 years of selling new homes and condos for a number of builders in the GTA. She has worked as Design Studio Consultant for new homes. She is a two-time BILD nominee for Sales Team of the Year, Silver recipient for Sales Team of the year at 2011 NHBA Conference and the recipient of the TD Canada Trust Achievement Award for her outstanding performance in Condo Sales in 2009. As Managing Director Kathie and her sales team have set a new standard for Sales and Customer Satisfaction in the marketplace.
