Suzanne
Bennett joined PMA Brethour in 1989 as a new home sales representative.
Her enthusiasm and professional skills moved her very quickly into
a management role concentrating her efforts predominately in hi-rise
condominium sales. Suzanne however has an extensive array of product
knowledge in managing all forms of detached product as well as mid-rise
and high-rise product.
Suzanne is directly reponsible for a number of key clients for PMA Brethour including: The Pemberton Group, Monarch, Cresford and Trademark to name a few. Suzanne provides outstanding leadership and continuing sales results, earning her the support and respect of her sales teams and clients.
In addition to representing numerous builder clients, Suzanne has been instrumental in developing and creating a Partnership in Professionalism Educational Program for New Home Sales Professionals, with the Ontario Home Builders Association. Together with her associates Peter Comyns and Sue Di Ilio, they are responsible for the packaging and presentation of PMA’s renowned two-day training program: “OHBA Salesmasters”. Beyond the typical New Home Sales Representatives who have attended, they have customized and adapted the course for all of the Royal Bank’s Mortgage Specialists in Ontario as well as for Design Centre and Customer Service Teams with great success. Suzanne is currently working on several New Home Courses for release in 2007.
Most recently however, Suzanne has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer with her mandate to promote and expand the range of PMA services to our Sales Team and Builder Clients in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Education, Research and Land Development
