Gary Coates, President of PMA Sales Group in Boca Raton, Florida has been involved in the many aspects of the real estate business since his graduation from California State University. His extensive background includes market research, consulting with builder/developers on planning, design, development and sales and marketing of new home projects. As President of Markborough Florida, Inc., a division of the Hudson Bay Company he developed the 1,019 acre Boca Pointe Golf & County Club community, and oversaw land acquisition / development, developer tract sales, builder umbrella sale, and sales / marketing / media promotions.

PMA Sales Group, Inc., since its inception in 1986, has been associated with numerous individuals and organizations in the various phases of the Real Estate business and has closed in excess of a half billion in land sales and investment property volume. PMA has associations throughout Florida and is considered by many to be among the most knowledgeable operating in the State’s major market areas.
