Peter joined the PMA Brethour Group in 1983 as a New Home Sales Professional and sold homes in major Toronto area master planned communities for 12 years.
After receiving numerous sales awards, Peter joined the Sales and Management team at PMA and has been responsible for working with some of Toronto's largest quality new home builder/developers. These would include: Andrin Homes, Fieldgate Homes, Greenwin Properties, Orchard Ridge Homes, The Conservatory Group, The Heathwood Group of Companies, The Kaitlin Group, The Royal Bank, The Sorbara Group and Tribute Communities. He has been instrumental in working with advertising companies in order to develop successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
In addition to representing numerous builder clients, Peter, and his associate Sue Di Ilio, are responsible for the packaging and presentation of PMA's renowned two-day training program Salesmasters. Beyond the typical new home sales representatives who have attended Peter and Sue have customized and adapted the course for all of the Royal Bank's Mortgage Specialists in Ontario . The program has also been adapted for Design Centre Teams with great success.
In conclusion.Peter's energy and enthusiasm are legendary. His efforts to find the competitive edge and go 25 hours per day are part of his success package. He is one of the few members of PMA's Billion Dollar Club (which represents over a Billion Dollars in sales).
