The Company has provided an integrated network of specialized services to the building and development industry since 1963 and in 2006 was responsible for a market share of 16% of all new housing sold in the Greater Toronto area.

In 2005, J.D. Power and Associates ranked, for the first time in Canada, customer satisfaction amongst Toronto’s leading production builders.
