It’s intended to evaluate New Home sales representatives’ on site performance and identify areas of strength as well as weaknesses. We have partnered with a top ranking US firm to provide both audio evaluations and written reports which measure each salespersons performance against a national average of 3000 New Home Agent site shops annually.
