Sales Administrator Training Systems
PMA Brethour Realty Group has created a full day workshop to train our on-site sales assistant/administrators. In addition, a comprehensive administrative manual outlining specific duties and responsibilities, general site information requirements, demonstrating a model home/suite as well as various forms and market reports samples are available upon approval.
PMA has recently acquired the exclusive rights to provide a new and innovative Customer Relationship Management program (on a fee basis) which is specifically designed for the New Home Sales industry. It starts from the initial contact through a pre-registration phase right through to the final closing and beyond. It incorporates all the elements necessary to stay connected to a client/customer through a uniquely designed follow-up and administrative system. Its web based technology provides the venue for a multitude of sales, marketing and service related reports tailored to the new home selling process and individual builder/developer needs. All on site sales administrators receive comprehensive training on the implementation of this program as well as ongoing support as needed.
