PMA’s Agent Builder Network offers exclusive broker access

From the September 2015 PMA Brethour newsletter

PicassoWHEN IT COMES to the marketing and selling of GTA real estate projects, broker relationships are key.

PMA’s Samuel Wong and his team connect with top agents via PMA’s exclusive Agent Builder Network (ABN), a database that currently boasts over 6,000 registered active agents.

Sam’s squad has done very well leveraging the ABN on a host of high-profile projects, including Mattamy (Monarch) and The Goldman Group’s Picasso on Richmond. “We were able to offer access to the best investment agents in the GTA,” Sam tells us. “It really gave the sales program a huge boost.

PMA technology team has also developed ABNalytics, which offers insights into the 6,000 registered agents based on selling statistics.

Real estate agents typically have a specific area of focus; some might specialize in condominiums, while others deal exclusively with investment rental properties, urban townhomes or single-family homes. “And top-producing agents often focus on one or two product types,” says Sam.

Via ABNalytics, ABN subscribers can see a broker’s performance with a particular product type, location radius and client age group. “It allows us to pinpoint and connect with those true platinum broker and agents, who are especially important for new project launches and openings.”

ABNalytics also gives PMA the ability to precisely connect to agents from a variety of ethnic backgrounds. At Stafford Homes’ The Bell Heritage in Scarborough, where the South Asian and Chinese communities make up 42% of the population, Sam’s team was able to reach out to agents with strong ties to buyers in those groups, helping to sell 90% of the project in just three months.
